Genuine freshwater white pearls and faceted garnet gemstones combine to make a beautiful 36 inch necklace.  The oval pearls display nice luster and are approximately 13mm.  Between each pearl is a deep red garnet gemstone measuring 4mm.  This contrast of colors is lovely. The hand knotted strand is an endless design with no clasp.
